To make this process potentially easier for you, here is what we are looking for in applications.  (Abusing your recent one, Willburr, thanks!)  I left off the basic data questions (name, age, etc.) because they should be obvious enough that any idiot can answer them accurately.

Main Spec:  Elemental (34/7/0). I currently have a couple points in Earth's Grasp because I don't find mana to be an issue and as I haven't been hardcore raiding the damage reduction hasn't been overly necessary. I will likely swap those points to some damage reduction through Elemental Warding. Rotation as always is still priority based. Fire totem up, flame shock on main target, lavaburst, fulmination when over 7 stacks/fits into keeping flame shock up, lightning bolt as filler. Some discussion on the merits of chain lightning as the filler but this does make mana a bit more of an issue and from what I've seen doesn't have much of a dps increase if any.

Off Spec(s):  As I am a terrible healer, I currently have an elemental pvp spec (which I'm also terrible at). Going back into the raiding environment I will will likely just have a secondary elemental pve spec with slightly different points, but mostly just different glyphs to prevent burning through a ton of dusts. In stand still fights the merits of unleashed lightning glyph go away so putting lavaburst or fire elemental totem glyph in would increase dps, again depending on the duration and type of fight.

Parse(s):  As is well known I haven't been raiding much for awhile, although there is likely a parse or two kicking around from firelands when I hopped in for a fight or two even they would be pretty out of date.  Note:  Here we'd like WorldofLogs meters, or something equivalent that can show us your output in an actual raid setting.

Why do you want to join Chaotic Neutral?  Join? hmmm haha. My work/school/personal life has once again made it possible for me to make the raid schedule. I have missed it and as some of you know have kicked around and tried to be available if needed on occasion anyways. I look forward to beating my head off the wall again and enjoying the laughs along the way! This all being said as I am traveling for Christmas and writing this on a laptop whose graphics make me lag standing around in Stormwind, I would not be available until January 2nd. After that full availability though!

What is your raiding history?  I have always raided as an elemental shaman with Willburr as my main as I enjoy it and am definitely most comfortable with it. In BC I raided very casually with a guild named Mystic. We were primarily a 10 man guild for most of BC which limited us to ALOT of Kara, and then ZA. Joined up with another guild towards the end of BC to raid a bit of Gruul's, Mag, Tempest Keep, getting the first two but then the guild split towards the end of BC and I stopped raiding. Wrath I was in a few guilds throughout the first half of wrath mostly moving about with a core 10 man group which was somewhat successful if only for more silly things like getting undying while it was current or champion of ulduar. Earn on in TOC stage I joined CN and raided here consistently through TOC, ICC and the first few months of Cata before real life got seriously in the way! This brings us to now, I've done Firelands with the alt run on Saturday mornings when it was going on, and Dragon Soul through LFR, but have yet to set foot in the real version of Dragon Soul. I have read and watched all the strats as well as some of the heroics so am at least as up to date as you can be without actually doing it.

Can you make our raids?  As of January 2nd no more conflicts!

Technical constraints?  New computer hoooo.. so hopefully no more laggy monster!
